The Drop carries a 3-year residential / 1-year commercial full-coverage warranty — parts and labor, covering components, plumbing, electrical, and labor — plus a 10-year warranty on the welded 5052 aluminum tub and frame. The Drop runs 41°F–104°F (5°C–40°C) and comes with both a chiller and a heater, so it does hot-and-cold contrast as well as cold plunging.

Every Drop includes RiverMode™ hydro-agitation (one ¼ HP Iwaki pump), which makes the cold dose up to 2× more intense than a still plunge — a deeper cold experience without dropping to extreme temperatures.

The Drop is a 43″-tall round stand-up tank with an exterior staircase that houses the chiller and components. The staircase needs 18″ of clearance on its side; keep the front of the tub and staircase accessible for the bottom drain valve. Full dimension drawings are on the Specifications tab.

The Drop needs a dedicated 110/120V, 20-amp circuit — required by NEC code for cold plunges. It ships with a Leviton self-testing GFCI right-angle plug (20A, 115V, NEMA 5-20P — one horizontal prong), so confirm your outlet accepts a NEMA 5-20P.

No special plumbing line is required; the only connection is the spa-union plumbing between the tub and staircase — no plumber needed.

Your Drop arrives fully assembled in a palletized crate, dropped off curbside. Have screw guns (or a screwdriver) and two to four movers with dollies to bring it into place. Measure doorways on the path to final placement before delivery day.

The Drop tub is welded 5052 aluminum — insulated and finished in a UV-stable powder coat — with more welds and structural integrity than any competitor using the same material. Built to last; you won't outgrow it.

No — the Drop uses automatic ozone sanitation with 20-micron filtration and does not include automated chlorine or pH dosing, and it can't be upgraded to add it. If you want automated sanitation, look at the C2, C3, or a custom BlueCube.

Constant circulation is 18 GPM (1,080 GPH) via RiverMode™ — the entire tub is filtered and ozonated about 6× per hour, roughly every 10 minutes. Constant circulation keeps the water cold and clean and maximizes your body’s adaptive response.

The Drop runs under 60 decibels. Its Japanese magnetic-drive Iwaki pump is near-silent, and the chiller fan only runs while actively chilling — it shuts off once the water reaches temperature.
