The Deep carries a 3-year residential / 1-year commercial full-coverage warranty — parts and labor, covering components, plumbing, electrical, and labor — plus a 10-year warranty on the welded 5052 aluminum tub and frame. A 5-year extended component warranty is available through the service subscription plan. Live U.S.-based technical support is included.

The Deep runs 41°F–104°F (5°C–40°C) and comes with both a chiller and a heater, so it does hot-and-cold contrast as well as cold plunging.

Every Deep includes RiverMode™Plus — dual ¼ HP Iwaki pumps — for the strongest current in the D-line. RiverMode™ makes the cold dose up to 2× more intense than a still plunge, and the constant flow keeps the water filtered and ozonated.

Tub: 33″ × 33″ × 43″ squircle, with a staircase that houses the chiller and components. The staircase needs 18″ of clearance on its side; keep the front of the tub and staircase accessible for the bottom drain valve. Full dimension drawings are on the Specifications tab.

The Deep needs a dedicated 110/120V, 20-amp circuit — required by NEC code for cold plunges. It ships with a Leviton self-testing GFCI right-angle plug (20A, 115V, NEMA 5-20P — one horizontal prong), so confirm your outlet accepts a NEMA 5-20P.

Standard install: the only connection is the spa-union plumbing between the tub and staircase — no plumber needed. If you choose the modular install (components in a remote box in a mechanical room), connective plumbing between tub and box is required; we recommend a plumber or GC and fully insulated schedule 40 PVC.

The Deep arrives fully assembled — the only light install is connecting the spa-union plumbing between the tub and the staircase. No plumber required for the standard configuration. Modular installs are quoted per project and typically involve a plumber or GC for the connective run.

Your Deep arrives fully assembled in a palletized crate, dropped off curbside. Have screw guns (or a screwdriver) and two to four movers with dollies to bring it into place. Measure doorways on the path to final placement before delivery day.

The Deep tub is 33″ wide for moving through doorways.

The Deep tub is welded 5052 aluminum — insulated and finished in a UV-stable powder coat — with more welds and structural integrity than any competitor using the same material. Built to last; you won't outgrow it.

No — the Deep uses automatic ozone sanitation with 20-micron filtration and does not include automated chlorine or pH dosing, and it can't be upgraded to add it. If you want automated sanitation, look at the C2, C3, or a custom BlueCube.

Yes — the Deep is customizable by color: black, white, grey, red, blue, or a custom color (+$2,500; custom colors are non-refundable). A modular install (remote component box) is available and quoted per project. For a custom-size tub, see our custom BlueCube process.

Constant circulation is 18 GPM (1,080 GPH) via RiverMode™ — the entire tub is filtered and ozonated about 6× per hour, roughly every 10 minutes. Constant circulation keeps the water cold and clean and maximizes your body’s adaptive response.

RiverMode™Plus adds a second pump for an additional 21 GPM (1,260 GPH) of current.

The Deep runs under 60 decibels. Its Japanese magnetic-drive Iwaki pumps are near-silent, and the chiller fan only runs while actively chilling — it shuts off once the water reaches temperature.
