1. Order confirmation. You get an email receipt immediately, and our team reaches out to confirm your configuration and answer any questions before the build starts.

2. Your build slot. Your tub enters the production queue at our Redmond, Oregon shop and is assigned its own production number — the same number that tracks your unit through build, delivery, and warranty for life.

3. Handbuilt to order. Our team builds your unit to your exact configuration. The current estimated queue time is shown on this page, and we keep you posted as your build progresses.

4. Delivery scheduling. When your tub is ready, our logistics team contacts you to schedule freight delivery on your timeline.

5. Free curbside delivery. Your tub arrives crated by freight carrier anywhere in the continental 48 states. The driver places it at the curb or driveway; have help or your installer ready to move it into position — and our team will walk you through setup, including over FaceTime.

The D2 comes with a 3 year full coverage warranty (parts and labor) for residential use, and a 1 year full coverage warranty for commercial use. This warranty covers components, plumbing, electrical, and labor.

To maximize heat transfer (your cold dose), all of our units come with RiverMode™. This makes the experience 2x (100%) more intense than other cold plunges and ice baths in the market, even ones that go to lower temperatures.

RiverMode™ not only maximizes the cold dose you experience, but it ensures your cold plunge stays clean. Companies that brag that their units produce ice have inadequate filtration. Ice does not filter nor ozonate. Skin cells, lipids, and bacteria stay on the ice. It is also an indication of overclocked components. Ice blocks intakes and can starve pumps of adequate flow.

The true measure of a cold plunge is chilling power and flow rate. No other brand has our robustness.

The Mod Box is designed to go in another room (mechanics room). This allows the tub and stairs to have zero clearance requirements (except accounting for the connective plumbing and bottom drain valve in the tub).

The D2 requires a dedicated 110/120 V, 20 amp circuit. Per NEC codes (national electrical codes), outlets for cold plunges must be dedicated.

The D2 comes with a Leviton GFCI self-test right-angle plug (20 amp, 115 V, automatic reset) in a NEMA 5-20P configuration — one horizontal prong. Make sure your outlet accepts a NEMA 5-20P plug.

For plumbing, connective plumbing is required between the tub and the Mod Box (not included in the order). We recommend a plumber or GC and schedule 40 PVC, fully insulated to limit cold loss.

The D2 components come fully assembled. Depending on where you place the Mod Box, you will likely need a plumber or GC to create the connective plumbing to the tub. We recommend schedule 40 PVC, hard or soft pipe. The connective plumbing is not included in the order. In addition, fully insulating the plumbing ensures there is limited cold loss from the plumbing.

The BlueCube arrives in a palletized crate, dropped off curbside. It comes fully assembled.

In order to unpack the BlueCube in a timely manner, you or your team will need screw guns. You can use a screw driver as well, it will just take longer.

We recommend two to four movers and moving dollies. The D2 tub is 33" in height. If you are placing the D2 inside, ensure that it can fit through your doors on the way to final placement.

The D2 Cold Plunge Tub is made of aerospace-grade aluminum that has more welds, structural integrity, and space than any competitor in the market using the same materials.

No, the D2 does not come with automated chlorine systems or pH balancing.

It is not upgradable to include this option.

The entire tub is filtered and ozonated at 6 times per hour, or every 10 minutes.

RiverMode™+ adds an additional 21 GPM, or 1260 GPH, to the experience.

The D2 is less than 60 decibels. Our Japanese magnetic-drive pumps are near silent. The chiller fan is on only during chilling, and turns off when it reaches temperature.
