2. Your build slot. Your tub enters the production queue at our Redmond, Oregon shop and is assigned its own production number — the same number that tracks your unit through build, delivery, and warranty for life.

3. Handbuilt to order. Our team builds your unit to your exact configuration. The current estimated queue time is shown on this page, and we keep you posted as your build progresses.

4. Delivery scheduling. When your tub is ready, our logistics team contacts you to schedule freight delivery on your timeline.

5. Free curbside delivery. Your tub arrives crated by freight carrier anywhere in the continental 48 states. The driver places it at the curb or driveway; have help or your installer ready to move it into position — and our team will walk you through setup, including over FaceTime.

The D1 carries a 3-year residential / 1-year commercial full-coverage warranty — parts and labor, covering components, plumbing, electrical, and labor — plus a 10-year warranty on the aerospace-grade aluminum tub.

A 5-year extended component warranty (lifetime protection program) is available through the subscription plan. Live U.S.-based technical support is included.

The D1 runs 41°F–104°F (5°C–40°C) and comes with both a chiller and a heater.

Every unit includes RiverMode™ hydro-agitation, which makes the cold dose up to 2× more intense than a still plunge — a deeper cold experience even without dropping to extreme temperatures.

The staircase houses the chilling motor and needs 18″ of clearance on its side. Keep the front of the tub and staircase accessible for the bottom drain valve.

The D1 needs a dedicated 110/120V, 20-amp circuit — required by NEC code for cold plunges.

It ships with a Leviton self-testing GFCI right-angle plug (20A, 115V, NEMA 5-20P — one horizontal prong), so confirm your outlet accepts a NEMA 5-20P. No special plumbing line is required; the only connection is the spa-union plumbing between the tub and staircase — no plumber needed.

The D1 arrives fully assembled — the only light install is connecting the spa-union plumbing between the tub and the staircase. No plumber required.

Have screw guns (or a screwdriver) and two to four movers with dollies to bring it into place. The D1 tub is 33″ in height for moving through doorways.

The D1 circulates constantly at 18 GPM (1,080 GPH) via RiverMode™, filtering and ozonating the entire tub about 6× per hour — roughly every 10 minutes.
