BlueCube warranty terms (2026)
BlueCube Wellness LLC warrants every new BlueCube cold plunge to the original purchaser from the date of installation. Coverage is the same whether the tub is used at home or in a commercial facility, except for the term length shown below.

Filter cartridges, filter lids, pillows, cover locks, spa covers and other accessories are warranted to be free of defects at delivery but are not covered by the terms above. Wooden decks and frames (non-Line-X) must be oiled with teak or tung oil every one to six months; wood placed outdoors or in direct sunlight is excluded from the frame and cabinet warranty. Cosmetic finish is warranted at delivery; fading and weathering are not defects.
To make a claim, email service@bluecubebaths.com with your purchase receipt within 30 days of discovering the issue. If you do not hear back within 48 hours, call (541) 393-9149. BlueCube or an authorized service agent repairs covered defects at no charge for parts or labor; a technician travel charge may apply. The warranty excludes normal wear, improper installation, unapproved alteration, accident, misuse, unapproved accessories, and repairs by anyone other than an authorized BlueCube representative. It is not transferable and ends if the tub is moved outside the country of purchase.
