Here’s how it works:

1. Add your BlueCube to the cart and head to checkout.

2. Select Pay with HSA/FSA at checkout.

3. Complete a brief health survey, reviewed by a licensed provider. If you qualify, a Letter of Medical Necessity is issued.

4. Pay with your HSA/FSA card — or pay with a regular card and follow the reimbursement instructions.
