About BlueCube

Our Story & Birth of The Luxury Cold Tub

Our Story

Founded in 2019, BlueCube was built on a simple principle: do it right. In a market filled with short-term solutions and surface-level quality, we set out to build cold plunge systems from the inside out—using materials that last, components that perform, and construction that holds up under real daily use. Every detail is intentional, from structural integrity to long-term serviceability, because a cold plunge isn’t a novelty—it’s a system you rely on.

That commitment led to years of refinement and hands-on development, including the creation of RiverMode™—our signature circulation system designed to eliminate the thermal barrier and deliver consistent, full-body cold exposure. The result is a product that doesn’t just look refined in a space, but performs with precision over time. BlueCube exists to bring together craftsmanship, engineering, and discipline into a cold immersion experience that’s built to last.

Portrait Of BlueCube Cold Plunge Business Owner Thomas Schiffer

Thomas Schiffer

FOUNDER

Thomas didn’t set out to start a cold plunge company—he set out to fix a bad product. After purchasing what was marketed as a high-end cold plunge, he quickly realized it was built with low-grade materials and short-term thinking. So he did what builders do—he took it apart, studied it, and decided to build it properly.

With a background in cabinetry, stainless steel fabrication, restaurants, and residential construction, Thomas approached cold plunge design the same way he approaches everything: from the inside out. BlueCube was built on material integrity, real-world performance, and long-term durability—not marketing claims. Today, every system reflects that same standard—built by someone who knows exactly what to look for, and refuses to cut corners.

David Haddad

Co-founder

David is deeply passionate about health, performance, and building systems that create real, lasting change. His path into wellness wasn’t theoretical—it came from personally rebuilding his habits, routines, and daily standards through disciplined practices like fasting, training, sauna, and cold exposure.

Cold plunging became a core part of that transformation, delivering a level of clarity and control that carried into every area of life. When David connected with BlueCube, he saw an opportunity to bring that same standard to a product—something built with intention, designed for real use, and capable of supporting people who take their routines seriously.

At BlueCube, David leads sales, brand, and customer experience, while staying closely connected to the end user. As a bio-hacking practitioner, he brings a real-world perspective to how the product performs, evolves, and earns its place in people’s lives.
